Now, how do we get the NOR/SI’s posted to the AYCRules Group before the Rules Committee finalizes them? More folks will get a chance to proof them, make suggestions and PARTICIPATE in defining them, if they get to see them BEFORE they’re published. Last year both the series & BD Regatta documents.
If nothing gets posted, nothing gets discussed and nothing gets learned.
