Caliber 35LRC Sailboat, sv Pochteca (Price reduced)

After 18 years cruising in the Sea of Cortez, our cutter-rigged sailboat “Pochteca” is now up for sale. I know you all have heard the tired adage about the two happiest times in a sailor’s life.  Well, we soon will be able to comment on the second time. Yes, we’ve decided to put our sailboat on the market this season with the hope that we’ll be able to sell her before we’re too old to sail her. This required us to leave Alpine way before the leaves turned in October. We then spent a quick week in Ahwatukee, trying to revive the desert plants in our yard that have taken a terrible beating in the drought we’ve had over the past couple of years. This was followed by a move to San Carlos, where we rented a casa for a couple of months and commissioned our sailboat after her time in dry storage during the hurricane season.

Pochteca is in a slip in Marina San Carlos, Sonora, and officially listed for sale on https://lapazyachts.com. Visit the listing: https://lapazyachts.com/yachts-for-sale/35-caliber-35-lrc/ for more pictures and specifications. Watch the YouTube Video Tour.
