Have you always dreamed of becoming a sailor, or are you just sailing curious? Wherever you are on the interest scale, you can join us on Saturday, April 26, from 9am to 12pm at Tempe Town Lake Marina to learn more about sailing in Arizona with the Arizona Sailing Foundation! And it’s free!

All ages are welcome, and there will be activities and boats designed specifically for kids, teens, and adults. During our time together, you will be able to:
- Sail with a coach on a 14.2, catamaran or FJ sailboat (note: age and weight limitations apply to ensure your safety)
- Explore examples of different styles of small sailboats
- Learn the ropes and some sailor terms (ARRR!), and practice tying sailing knots
- Meet sailors and talk about what it’s like to sail in AZ
