Update: We are combining the ASF and ASU boat clean-up and repair into one day. With ASU classes back in session soon, our Sun Devil sailors need help getting their fleet of Flying Juniors in shape, and as always, we need the ASF boats spiffy and ready for fall Adopt a Boat action and ASF classes.

If you’re available, please show up to help with the pre-season boat flipping, cleaning, rigging, and minor repairs. Bring a bucket, sponges or rags, scrub brushes, boat wash, and boat repair toolkits. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

Saturday, August 19 at 9:00 am. Meet at the Tempe Town Lake boatyard.

The forecast says the high will be around 98 and cloudy, so dress accordingly and expect to get a little dirty and wet. We’ll have donuts and ice water on hand, and Hundred Mile Brewing is within walking distance for anyone wanting to do lunch afterward.

We hope to see you there! The more hands on deck, the quicker we’ll get finished.
