As you’ve hopefully already heard, elections for the AYC Board of Directors will be from April 21-May 5, which means that we’ll be inducting a new Board in May. That sounds like a good excuse to have a party!
Our annual end-of-the-year, Change of Command Party will once again be held at Vincent on Camelback, a legend in Phoenix restaurants, celebrating its 40th year. Time to dress up a bit (Arizona casual), celebrate another successful year, and look forward to the next!

Registration is $60 for members and their guests, with kids 12 and under for $18. There will be a no-host bar. Space is limited at the restaurant, so registration is open for the first 80 guests only. During registration, you will choose your main course: Braised Beef Short Rib, Sautéed Salmon with Basil Pesto, or Cheese Ravioli with Tomato Sauce and Basil. Yum!
Inducting a Board of Directors might sound like serious business, but don’t worry, there will be plenty of levity. Not only will we be celebrating our accomplishments, our volunteers, and our racing champion, but we’ll be choosing the latest winner of “Ye Blunder Bucket”, which always promises lots of good-hearted laughter! Nominees need not be present to win this least sought-after club trophy. If you cannot attend, send us your nomination here, including a brief description of the blunder.
