This is US Sailing’s 3rd in a series of online forums addressing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This month’s panel will be focusing on Women in Sailing and AYC member Debbie Huntsman is invited to participate. She will sit on the panel with Charlotte Kaufman, Marie Rogers, Jeanne Goussev, Sally Barkow, and moderator Jenn Harkness.

The October Starboard Portal panelists will share their personal and professional perspectives on the barriers women face, the opportunities to support growth, and practical recommendations for sailing organizations looking to expand their programming.
