By: Rob Gibbs, Jr. Staff Commodore and Regatta Chairman
I want to start by saying THANK YOU to everyone that participated in this years Birthday Regatta and Leukemia Cup. The wind more than cooperated (maybe too much!) and proved how fun a long day of racing can be.

We’re still tallying the Leukemia Cup donations and that will be shared soon. Meanwhile, we are able to announce the winners of the February 1-14 Gosling Rum fundraising competitions:
Highest Total Donations Feb 1-14:
– Individual: Rahul Salla
– Team: Multi-hull Fleet 42 (Scott Winkler and Duane Darling)
Highest Number of Donations Feb 1-14:
– Individual: Rahul Salla (again with him!)
– Team: Multihull Fleet 42 (Scott Winkler and Duane Darling)
Congratulations – those bottles will be delivered shortly.
While we are looking forward to getting back to our more traditional 3-day event next year, even for a one-day event like this, there is no possible way one person can do it all.
