Well, the time has come. We’re dressing up the ‘ol girl so that she’s in fighting shape for the upcoming season and the 2022 Birthday Regatta/Leukemia Cup!
The old vinyl wrap needs to come off and some damaged panels need to be hammered back smooth. Interested in helping? We’re holding a work party on Saturday, December 4th at the Lake Pleasant Marina parking lot (by the Peoria F.D. sub-station). 9:00 until the job is done.
This is going to be a work session like no other, with heavy duty razor scrapers, hammer/dolly work and some grinding/drilling out rivets. All followed with a large shop vac.
Drinks/snacks provided! You may want to pack a sandwich or we can make lunch plans on-site.
