AYC’s Fall Series racing starts in just a couple of weeks! Every year at this time, we have people interested in crewing on race boats, and skippers looking for crew. Connecting the two is a perennial problem.
AYC’s “Crew Connections” web page can help. It has links to the two most popular tools used by AYC sailors – RailMeets and GoSailing. On GoSailing, there are already several new postings for skippers looking for crew. Over on RailMeets, you’ll find half-dozen boats looking for crew, and 20 people looking for a boat to crew on.
Please use these tools to help find crewing opportunities, and to find crews for your race boats. Let’s get as many boats and people on the water this fall as possible.
